1. Information We Collect

When you sign in with Google, we access the following information from your Google account:

• Your Google account profile information (name, email address, profile picture)
• Your Google Calendar events (read-only)
• Your Google Tasks and task lists

We also store the following in our database to provide the service:

• Your Google authentication tokens (for API access)
• Your selected calendars and default task list preference

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information to provide the Today service, which aggregates your calendar events and tasks into a single daily view. The service allows you to:

• View your calendar events for today
• View your overdue and due-today tasks
• Create new tasks in your chosen task list
• Mark tasks as completed

We do not use your data for any other purpose. Calendar events are read-only and are never modified by the service.

3. Data Storage

Calendar events and tasks are fetched live from Google on each page load and are never stored in our database. We only store your authentication tokens, profile information, and preferences (selected calendars, default task list) in our PostgreSQL database. This data is retained while your account is active.

4. Data Sharing and Selling

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties. Your data is used exclusively to power the Today application.

5. Google API Compliance

Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request deletion of your account and associated data
• Revoke access to your Google account at any time via your Google account settings or by signing out of the app
